My husband and I were in a time crunch to make our move out of state and were overwhelmed with the number of tasks that needed to be completed. Nicole did an excellent job in both selling our condo as well as finding the perfect home. In selling of the condo there were unexpected difficulties, Nicole handled each situation professionally and knew exactly what to do to resolve the situation.  When looking for a new home, she was extremely patient, and noticed flaws that we did not see.
